By accessing or using AstroAsk at astroask.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

AstroAsk provides:

• •Daily, weekly, and monthly horoscopes
• •Additional calculators (Navamsa, Shadbala, Ashtakavarga, etc.)
• •AI-assisted textual interpretation of chart results
• •Chart sharing via a unique short link

All features are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

AstroAsk is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes professional medical, financial, legal, psychological, or relationship advice.

Astrological interpretations — whether generated by our algorithms or our AI — are based on traditional astrological systems and symbolic frameworks. They should not be used as the sole basis for any important life decision. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions affecting your health, finances, or legal standing.

You agree not to use AstroAsk to:

• ✗Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• ✗Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or harvest data from the Service
• ✗Send automated requests in volumes that disrupt the Service for other users
• ✗Misrepresent AstroAsk's outputs as certified professional advice
• ✗Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others

AstroAsk is built with privacy-by-design principles. We do not require account creation and do not store your birth details (name, date, time, city) on our servers after your request is processed.

The only information stored on your device (browser localStorage) includes your theme preference, language preference, and — if you choose to save it — your previously entered birth name and date for "Quick Fill" convenience. This data never leaves your device and can be deleted by clearing your browser storage.

When you choose to share your chart via a shareable link, your chart results (planetary positions and AI interpretation) are stored in our database, associated with a randomly generated short ID, with no link to your identity. Anyone with the link can view the chart. Do not share the link if you consider your chart results private.

Shared chart data may be deleted after 90 days of inactivity or at our discretion.

All software code, design, branding, and non-user-generated content on AstroAsk is owned by AstroAsk and its developers. The Swiss Ephemeris library is used under its open-source license from Astrodienst AG.

You are permitted to share screenshots or links to your chart results for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, re-host, or commercialise any part of AstroAsk without written permission.

AstroAsk is ad-supported. We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Ads are served by Google's automated systems and are not controlled or endorsed by us. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your browsing history. See Google's Privacy Policy for details. You can opt out of personalised ads at adssettings.google.com.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate at all times. Astronomical calculations are as precise as the Swiss Ephemeris library allows, but may differ slightly from other sources due to different ayanamsha settings or house system choices.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AstroAsk and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes but is not limited to decisions made based on astrological interpretations provided by the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
